I’ve been designing websites since 2008 when I jumped headfirst into web design and development. I’ve done everything from designing and building WordPress websites to architecting enterprise web content management systems to SEO and content strategy to product design.
Around 2012, I discovered user experience (UX) design and started weaving UX design and research methods into my work on GeorgiaSouthern.edu. Since then, I’ve successfully led and executed UX projects for Lowes.com, Healthcare.gov, and VA.gov among others.

What I really love is detective work, which how I think about UX design and research methods. Researching and gathering data, analyzing that data to identify problems and opportunities, and then planning how to address those problems – that’s my process and how I work. Any projects we work on together will take that shape.
